These terms govern your use of the Strawpaw mobile app and website, operated by Indeply. By creating an account or using Strawpaw, you agree to them.

What Strawpaw is — and isn't

Strawpaw helps you organize pet care: training lessons, food safety scans, care reminders, and walk tracking. It provides general, educational information only. Strawpaw is not a veterinary service. Food scanner results, training guidance, and assistant answers are informational and can be incomplete or wrong. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health concerns, and use your own judgment before feeding your pet anything.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Strawpaw. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your device and account secure.

Subscriptions

Strawpaw is free to download. Some advanced features may be offered as a paid subscription ("Strawpaw Pro").
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.

License & acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, reselling access, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with the service's operation.

Your content

You own the content you add (pet photos, records, notes). You give us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it so the product works. Strawpaw's own content — lessons, design, software — belongs to us or our licensors.

Service changes & termination

We may improve, modify, or retire features over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Strawpaw and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers & liability

Strawpaw is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and note the new date above. Continuing to use Strawpaw after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
